Bike Runner is a thrilling 3D endless motorcycle runner inspired by Subway Surfers. Hop on your bike and race through a three-lane road, weaving between oncoming cars, buses, trucks, and emergency vehicles. The longer you survive, the faster you go — and the harder it gets. With smooth 3D graphics powered by Three.js and responsive touch controls, it plays beautifully on both desktop and mobile browsers.
Master three core moves to survive: lane-switch to dodge traffic, jump to leap over stopped vehicles and road holes, and wheelie to duck under low obstacles. As you ride, collect gold coins scattered across safe lanes, grab power-ups like Coin Magnet, Invincibility Shield, and Speed Boost, and push for a new high score every run.
Between runs, visit the shop to unlock 5 unique riders — each with a special ability — and 5 upgradeable bikes with distinct stats for speed, acceleration, handling, and durability. From the balanced Street Bike to the all-powerful Monster Bike, there's a ride for every playstyle.

3-Lane Traffic Dodging
Weave through 7 types of oncoming vehicles — cars, taxis, bikes, buses, trucks, ambulances, and police cars — across 3 lanes at increasing speeds.
Jump, Wheelie & Ramp
Jump over stopped cars and road holes, wheelie under low obstacles, and hit ramps to ride on top of buses and trucks for bonus coins.
5 Unlockable Riders
Each rider has a unique ability: Speed Star (+10% top speed), Tough Guy (+1 life), Lucky Rider (+20% coins), Ghost Rider (+1s invincibility), and the default balanced rider.
5 Upgradeable Bikes
From the free Street Bike to the 10,000-coin Monster Bike. Level up speed, acceleration, handling, and durability to go further every run.
3 Power-Up Items
Coin Magnet (10s auto-collect), Invincibility Shield (8s damage immunity), and Speed Boost (6s double score) appear randomly on the road.
Progressive Difficulty
New obstacles unlock at distance milestones — barricades at 500m, falling rocks at 1,000m, road holes at 2,000m, oil slicks at 3,000m, and max density at 5,000m.

Bike Upgrade Stats
Each bike can be leveled up using coins. Higher levels improve these four stats:
Top Speed
Increases the maximum speed your bike can reach. Shown on the in-game speedometer (km/h).
Acceleration
Reach top speed faster after starting a run or slowing down from a collision.
Handling
Faster lane-switching animation — critical at high speeds where split-second moves matter.
Durability
Longer invincibility frames after taking a hit (base 2 seconds), giving you more time to recover.
